"The Night before Christmas" at Santa's House

I had a girlfriend tell me once that if I patted myself on the back any harder
that I was going to knock myself over.  LOL LOL!!!!
But I love this painting.
It meant so much for me to be able to work with the wonderful artist
from my Sebastian River Art Club.
Thelma Koopman, Ann Emery, Ann Warwick, Judy Burgarella,
Virginia and Leo Holm, Kathy and Guido Costa,
Susie Lavender, Betty Sullivan, Jeanie Dunphey and Norwood Stanhope
and anyone else I may have left out.
Thank you very much everyone!
And of course, these are the Murals for the Sebastian River Library's display window.
It is taken from the book "The Night Before Christmas" by Clement C Moore and illustrator
Tom Browning and is at Santa's house
It has been a very pleasurable art project.
It will be displayed during the month of December.
I hope all will enjoy!

The Christmas Window

And today was another wonderful day working on
the Christmas library window.

Thank you everyone for all your help.

"Christmas Window"

Short and sweet
I've been very very busy but hope to be able to blog a little more often.
This blog is about the Christmas Window that is provided
every year for our North County Library window.
by the Sebastian River Art Club.
Quite an endeavor I have volunteered for.
The completed work will be Santa's living room at the North Pole.
This is what I've completed so far.
I'm using the book "The night before Christmas"
Illustrated by Tom Browning.
Of course, the window piece will be provided by
Peni Baker and all her wonderful helpers at the Sebastian River Art Club.
See us working on it tomorrow at least by 12:00 pm at the art club at
the old council chambers where we hold our club gatherings.

"Florida Cracker"

Florida Cracker on the Easel
I'm excited about the way this painting is turning out.
It's a 22" x 28" gallery wrapped canvas and will be beautifully framed.
If this painting turns out the way I plan it to, it will be interred in a very prestigious
art show at the art museum in Very Beach in January.
